This class is not for the faint hearted. With intense sweat and minimal rest, No time for chatter but still great for a few short laughs!
BALLS & BANDS
Resistance training with a touch of puff! A great class to feel the burn under controlled movements whilst improving flexibility. Great for all ages and abilities.
LOW IMPACT CARDIO
This is a lower intensity class designed to get your heart pumping but wont jolt knees or joints. Can include light weights, gym machines as well as body weight functional movements.
STEP
A cardio workout working at your own pace. This can be easily combined with your choice of weights. Incorporating not only stepping movements but also using the platform for body weight exercises. This is great for both cardio and strength training and can help you lose weight, strengthen bone mass, and improve overall health.
BODY SCULPT
Body Sculpt, also known as weight or resistance training, is a form of exercise that uses weights or resistance bands and your own body weight to stress the muscles. The body sculpting class involves performing a series of repetitive exercises using your body weight and resistance bands, barbells and dumbbells.
HEX/BARBELL BLAST
Feel the burn, make your muscles shake and kick start your metabolism with this full-body weight lifting class. Build endurance and stamina by using either low weights and high reps or large weights and low reps. The ultimate fat-burning, muscle-toning workout.
BOX BLITZ
Boxfit is a cardiovascular workout with classes lasting between 30 to 45 mins. It is based on the training used for boxing so it includes skipping, boxing drills including footwork and abdominal workouts – all focusing on fitness and toning.
