LOW IMPACT CARDIO
This is a lower intensity class designed to get your heart pumping but won't jolt knees or joints. Can include light weights, gym machines as well as body weight functional movements.
BODY SCULPT
Body Sculpt, also known as weight or resistance training, is a form of exercise that uses weights or resistance bands and your own body weight to stress the muscles. The body sculpting class involves performing a series of repetitive exercises using your body weight and resistance bands, barbells and dumbbells.
STRENGTH
Feel the burn, make your muscles shake and kick start your metabolism with this full-body weight lifting class. Build endurance and stamina by using either low weights and high reps or large weights and low reps. The ultimate fat-burning, muscle-toning workout.
BLT - BUTT, LEGS, TUMMY
Feel the grunt in your butt, legs and tummy! This one will target your glutes, leg muscles and abs. Assists with improving posture and building a stronger core.
AA - ARMS & ABS
For those wanting to tone and strengthen the upper body and abs. Using free weights, bands and balls this workout is safe for anyone with lower limbs issues such as bad knees or hips.
WOF - WALK ON FOOT (SOCIAL CATCHUP)
A great way to finish the week! Meeting at the gym at 9am then walking down the link pathway for a cupper @ Tui Coffee Cart by the marina before heading back. Dogs Welcome!
