I first gained an interest in fitness 6 years ago starting as a member at F45 Queenstown.
My interest quickly evolved into a passion and wanting to develop my own knowledge and skills so I too could give back to others. I love working with all ages and would love the opportunity to show you that being fit & healthy doesn't have to be tedious..
Some might recognize me from St Johns Ambulance where I am a Volunteer First Responder here in Havelock or from Awanui Labs where I am a phlebotomist, so you can rest assured I will look after you.
My focus is not only on group fitness classes bringing like minded people together while working within their own limits of exercise in a safe environment but also offering personal training sessions to provide a full package to include full consultations, exercise testing and nutritional guidance to those who want to reach their fitness and health goals quicker in a more specifically catered approach.
I completed my studies through NZIHF earning my NZ Exercise certification Level 4 & 5, NZ Certificate in Fitness Leader & Personal Training and look forward to sharing my knowledge and skills with you.
