Our first meeting will be "a get to know", keeping it pretty relaxed so you can discuss what you are ideally looking to achieve. Through the consultation process we will touch base on any medical or injury concerns you may have, what kind of exercise you enjoy to help me prescribe the best & safest fitness plan for you, and set some short and long terms goals to make the path to success more achievable. If time allows we will perform some light fitness testing and a movement appraisal this same day or get you back if not.
And then?..
Following our consultation if you are happy to proceed we will then catch up at a time that suits you to do a client induction session. Here I will present you with your personalized 4 week fitness programme, talk over any concerns or answer any questions you may still have and finish up the paperwork before setting our start date and time.
Finishing with...
You guessed it...Day one with me! I will be in contact with you the night before to see how your feeling and remind you of what you need to bring to complete our first session together and what we will be doing....exciting....
