​CARDIO: High Intensity Circuit Training
This class is not for the faint hearted. With intense sweat and minimal rest, No time for chatter but still great for a few short laughs!
RESISTANCE:
Resistance works to involve exercises that build strength by using external resistance like weights your own body weight, bands and machines.
HYBRID:
Hybrid workouts integrate different types of exercises, most commonly combining strength training (like weightlifting) with cardio (plyometrics & intensive movements). The aim is to reap the benefits of both modalities, developing strength and muscle mass from strength training while improving endurance and work capacity from cardio. 
STRENGTH
Feel the burn, make your muscles shake and kick start your metabolism with this full-body weight lifting class. Build endurance and stamina by using either low weights and high reps or large weights and low reps. The ultimate fat-burning, muscle-toning workout.
POWER & CORE (EVERY 2 WEEKS)
A fitness class that develops explosive strength through powerful movements while strengthening the core muscles to improve stability, balance, and athletic performance. This class is no good for those with lower back & shoulder injuries
